Full Journal pdf2005-05-08 House Journal Page 1792 HB 61 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1757) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 61(FIN) "An Act relating to Calcutta pools and crane classics as authorized forms of charitable gaming." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 61(L&C) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 61(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 61(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 61(FIN)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 61(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
